Jesus Princess Andrea, Atlanta
Andrea Alfred Hawkins fully committed her life to Christ on March 6, 1994; twenty-three years ago. During these years she has served as Pastor’s Assistant, Sunday School Teacher, Office Assistant, Praise and Worship Leader, Intercessor, Altar Worker, Graphic Designer and all other duties as assigned. Andrea received her ministerial license on May 2, 2010 at Rhema Christian Fellowship under the leadership of the Senior Pastor, Bishop Stephen B. Hall.
Andrea, the daughter of Claudette and Robert Jones, was born in Guyana, South America. She has eight siblings, three brothers and five sisters. Andrea and her family migrated to America where she grew up in Queens, New York. It was there she met and married her high school sweetheart, Mario Hawkins, Sr. During their 31 years of marriage; Andrea supported her husband and children as a Navy wife in addition to working in various administrative capacities.
Andrea is the mother of three, Christina Olumbi who is married to Paul; Mario Hawkins, Jr. who is married to Jasmine; and Shane Hawkins who is married to Rebecca. She is the doting grandmother of Abigail Olumbi, Mario III, Phoebe, Jason, Sophia, Zoey, and Christian Hawkins.
Currently, Andrea is employed by Neighbor To Family, a Foster Care Agency that specializes in keeping siblings together. At Neighbor To Family, Andrea works as an Administrator and a Training Facilitator for foster parents and staff members. She has over 20 years of administrative experience working with not-for-profit organizations.
Because she believes that without God she would have ceased to be, her favorite scripture is, “So He (God) will do to me whatever He has planned. He controls my destiny. – Job 23:14 NLT –”
